What are Playbooks?
A Playbook is a way to save and reuse a series of steps that you want to repeat later. Think of it like recording a recipe for Lutra to follow.
For example, you could create a Playbook to:
Process weekly reports in a specific way
Handle customer inquiries with a consistent approach
Update your team's calendar with recurring events
Key benefits
Save time by not explaining the same task repeatedly
Ensure consistency in how tasks are done
Share successful workflows with your team and ensure consistent outcomes across your organization
How do I create a Playbook?
Playbook creation is as simple as we could make it.
Start a new chat and ask Lutra to do a task for you.
Chat back and forth to refine the outcome until you are happy with it

How do I use a Playbook?
You can view all your Playbooks inOpen a Playbook in the Playbooks list
Can I edit a Playbook?
Yes! Once you have created a Playbook it is editable anywhere it is loaded. You simply chat with Lutra to request edits. Most of the time if you want to make an edit to a Playbook visit the Playbook page and click the edit button below the Playbook description.
Can I share Playbooks?
Yes! Playbooks are shareable on any Playbook page.
Can I browse other peopleβs Playbooks?
No not at this time but we will be adding that soon. Please join our Slack channel to stay up to date on new developments and check out our roadmap.
