Step 1: Go to the Developers tab in Harvest
Step 2: Create a new personal access token.
Step 3: Enter a name, and Create a personal access token
Step 4: Copy the client secret and account id to use with Lutra.
Important:
The token field (first field) is the api key in Lutra.
The account id (second field) is the account id in Lutra.
